Interim assistant coach George Boateng has disclosed the technical team's sacrifices to ensure they get a result against Nigeria in the World Cup playoffs.
The Black Stars qualified for the 2022 World Cup via the away goals rule after drawing 1-1 on aggregate with the Super Eagles.
After a disastrous Africa Cup of Nations in Cameron, Ghana appointed a four-man technical team with Otto Addo as interim head coach. George Boateng and Mas-Ud Didi Dramani served as assistant coaches whilst Christ Hughton was appointed as technical advisor.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Joy Sports' Owuraku Ampofo, Boateng revealed the plans the technical team put in place months ahead of the Nigeria clash.
