Champions of the 2021/22 Ghana Women's Premier League season, Ampem Darkoa Ladies, have been handed a tough group in the upcoming WAFU B Zonal qualifiers of the CAF Women’s Champions League.
Just like Hasaacas Ladies last season, Ampem Darkoa have been drawn in Group B, where they will face competition from Union Sportive des forces Armees (Burkina Faso), Athleta FC(Togo) and Bayelsa Queens (Nigeria).

On Wednesday, July 20, the competition's draw took place in Rabat, Morocco.
AS D'Abidjan (Cote D'Ivoire), AS Police (Niger), and Espor FC (Benin) will fight against one another in Group A.
The qualifying competition will take place from September 13 to September 25, 2022, in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
The zone will be represented in the main competition, which is set to take place in Morocco later in the year, by the winner and runner-up of the WAFU B qualifications.
