The government has been urged to adequately support the real estate industry to thrive.
According to John William Adel, President of real estate firm, Kasa Bazaar, the government must put in place measures to support real estate players to construct affordable houses for Ghanaians.
Speaking at the launch of the firm in Accra, the President of Kasa Bazaar also said real estate firms must be innovative by offering unique opportunities for individuals to own their dream homes instead of the traditional model of buying land and building.
Chief Executive Officer of Kasa Bazaar, Rose Adel, said her outfit offers flexible payment terms for every individual, ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to build generational wealth through real estate.
“Kasa Bazaar is passionate about taking the real estate industry to a new dimension in Ghana and Africa. With its core values, passion for success, and focus on innovation, it is poised to be a major player in the real estate industry for years to come”.
