Members of the Pensioner Bondholders' Forum say they will insist that the government pays interest on all principals it has been holding for the past four months.
Government has failed to pay the Bondholders four principals which have matured within the period of February to May.
Leadership of the group was to meet with officials of the Finance Ministry upon the invitation of a Deputy Finance Minister, Abena Osei Asare.
Speaking to JoyNews ahead of the meeting, Convener, Dr. Adu Anane Antwi said members of the Forum will insist additional interests are paid.

If you keep holding it, the only thing you have to do is to pay interest for the days that you have held the funds so, that is all. This meeting is about what interest are you going to pay, then we can talk about when you're going to pay. If we deal with the interest payment, when you're going to pay will not be too big an issue because as long as it is with you it keeps on running as if the bond has not matured..."
