The Ecobank Joy News Habitat Fair's second clinic concluded with excitement at the West Hills Mall in Accra on Sunday, August 6, 2023.
Vendors are already anticipating three additional mini-fairs in Tema, Takoradi, and Kumasi.

David Max Fugar, General Manager for Sales and Customer Service at Multimedia Group Limited, revealed that these new mini-fairs, scheduled from August to October, will provide vendors and patrons with opportunities to expand their customer base before the main event in November.

Fugar explained that, "This year, we aim to give it a national appeal. Building on the success of the Achimota and West Hills clinics, we have decided to expand. We will host one in Tema at the end of August or the first week of September. Then, a second one will take place in Takoradi, followed by the grand event in November."
Max Fugar emphasised, "Our goal is to cover the golden triangle: Accra, Kumasi, and Takoradi."
Vendors and patrons reacted positively, considering the expansion to be a step in the right direction.
One marketing executive from Interplast exclaimed, "Tema is developing rapidly, so that's where we need to be. I'm thrilled about Tema and can't wait to experience Takoradi's environment and sea breeze."

A representative from Cities and Habitats said, "Taking the Habitat Fair to Tema and Takoradi is exciting. Previously, it centered on Accra, and people from Tema and other regions had to travel. This move is amazing."

Max Fugar encouraged potential vendors to seize the opportunity, stating, "The Joy News Habitat Fair is the one-stop shop for all housing needs. If you dream of owning a home or a acquiring property, this fair is the place to go."
The two mini-clinics held in July and August of 2023 at Achimota Retail Center and West Hills malls received sponsorship from Ecobank and Cities and Habitats. Participating vendors praised the second mini-clinic for its successful attendance.

A marketing executive from Blue Rose, Jones Osei, said, "This fair exposed us and our housing products. People got to know Blue Rose, our location, and our offerings. Joy FM's exposure led to inquiries and calls. It's the best so far."
Vendors highlighted the unparalleled exposure provided by the Ecobank-Joy News Habitat mini-clinics, appreciating the targeted approach. Some patrons expressed anticipation for the main event.

The Ecobank-Joy News Habitat Fair serves as a unified platform for potential homeowners and housing sector stakeholders, aiming to address the country's 1.8 million unit housing deficit.
Don't miss the mini-clinics in Tema, Takoradi, and Kumasi, and mark your calendar for the main event in November.
