A former Deputy Minister for Communication, Felix Kwakye Ofosu says President Akufo-Addo does not care about anything that happens in his government.
According to him, previously the President would have debunked alleged corrupt practices in his government but these days, he just ignores them.
The National Democratic Congress (NDC)’s Parliamentary Candidate for Abura Asebu-Kwamankese in a tweet on Wednesday, August 23, said Ghanaians are on their own now.
He insisted that the country is currently on autopilot.

Kwakye Ofosu’s tweet follows the recent alleged stolen monies from the home of the former Sanitation Minister, Cecilia Dapaah.
Background
News broke on July 21 of a court case against two domestic helpers of the former Minister and her husband, Daniel Osei Kuffour.
The two were put before an Accra Circuit Court, for allegedly stealing US$1 million, €300,000 and millions of Ghana cedis in the house of the former minister.
Madam Dapaah eventually resigned on July 22 after several calls were made for her to leave office for investigations to commence.
Officials from the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) on Monday, July 24, 2023, also searched the former Minister’s Abelemkpe home after she was picked for questioning over suspected corruption.
One more person allegedly involved in the stealing of Cecilia Dapaah’s money at her residence has been granted bail. This brings to three the number of people granted bail.
Two were previously granted bail upon consideration that they are lactating mothers.
