Ghana Publishing Company (GPC)'s Managing Director, David Asante Boateng, has touted his achievements at the state agency.
According to the former Convenor of the pressure group, Let My Vote, Count Alliance, the company which was making losses and struggling to pay its staff is now declaring profits.
Speaking in an interview with JoyNews on Thursday, Mr Asante said the company is now fully digitalised.

"The streams of income at Ghana Publishing Company were one of the first things we looked at when we assumed office. Where do we get our money from?
"How do we control it so there are no leakages? So we introduced electronic payment systems, we introduced Mobile Money payment systems and now we are developing what we call even gazette."

"We do what we call paperless gazette and our services are now paperless. We don’t fill out forms we don’t write anything. Everything is digitised."
Also, touching on the challenges of the company when he assumed office as MD, he revealed that parts of the company's building had been leased to a private investor by the previous government.
However, he insisted that with the help of the board of directors of the company, he has been able to turn around the fortunes of the company.
"I assumed office in the year 2017 and I had the opportunity to embark on aggressive infrastructural reforms."
"I also got the support of management, the board of directors, sector minister who are a very phenomenal group of leaders and we came together and the first point was to embark on an aggressive infrastructure drive.
"The company was in a mess and there was even a video we have documented and we call it publishing then and publishing now. That was how low the company had sunk."
