Former England U20 forward, Rinsola Babajide has been handed a maiden call-up to Nigeria's Senior Women National Team, Super Falcons.
Rinsola is one of the 22 players invited by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) for the Paris 2024 Women's Olympic Football Tournament qualification fixture.
The 25-year-old UG Tenerife star has previously represented England at Under 21 level, before declaring her interest in representing Nigeria at senior level.
She becomes the latest England’s youth international to switch allegiance following in the steps of Ashleigh Plumptre.
Babajide had played for Liverpool, Millwall Lionesses and Watford Ladies Football Club, Brighton & Hove Albion before moving to Spain.
