In a remarkable display of faith and unity, the Dufia of Adidome, Togbe Kwasinyi Kakaklolo Agyeman V, in collaboration with the esteemed Ghanaian evangelist Reverend Dr. Lawrence Tetteh and the Council of Churches in Adidome, successfully organised a three-day crusade that drew thousands of participants from the town and its surrounding villages.
This spiritually charged event, held from Wednesday, October 18 to Friday, October 20, unfolded at the Adidome Lorry Park, becoming a platform for attendees to converge and partake in inspiring sermons, worship, and prayer sessions, all designed to deepen their faith and strengthen their connection with God.
Adidome, the District Capital of the Central Tongu district, played host to this uplifting gathering.
Dr. Lawrence Tetteh, a fervent advocate for interfaith dialogue, delivered compelling messages of hope, healing, and salvation throughout the three-day event.

He passionately stressed the significance of unity, love, compassion, and forgiveness, urging those in attendance to forge stronger relationships with one another and live in harmony.
The crusade's schedule featured a variety of sessions, including uplifting praise and worship led by gospel groups from the town. Testimonies from individuals who had experienced life-changing transformations through faith were also shared, reinforcing the powerful message of the event.
Expressing his gratitude, Togbe Kwasinyi Kakaklolo Agyeman V, the Dufia of Adidome, commended the remarkable response from both the townsfolk and the surrounding areas.
He said, "I am humbled by the response of the people of Adidome and the surrounding areas. I hope that this gathering will continue to inspire positive change in the lives of everyone who attended."
The timing of the event coincided with the Volta Dam spillage, during which Dr. Lawrence Tetteh made a heartfelt appeal for support to aid the displaced residents.
This appeal led to numerous generous donations, including a notable contribution from Mr. Kofi Amoa-Abban, the founder and CEO of Rigworld Group, an oil services company operating across West Africa.
The three-day crusade, organised by the Chief and Elders of Adidome, Dr. Lawrence Tetteh, and the Adidome local Council of Churches, left participants infused with renewed spiritual energy. The event is poised to have a lasting impact on the lives of all those who attended.
This momentous gathering was made possible through the collaboration and support of various individuals and organisations, with Studio 7 among the notable partners for the Crusade.
As the echoes of the Adidome for Christ Crusade resonate in the hearts of those who attended, the community and its surrounding areas are primed for a deeper sense of unity and spiritual growth, inspired by this remarkable event.
