Actress and TV Personality, Nana Ama McBrown has revealed that she is not pressured by people's expectations of her despite the many commentaries about her life and her marriage.
Speaking on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, she explained that she is a “fulfilled” and tenacious person who does not let people’s comments on social media dictate her choices or way of life.
Nana Ama McBrown acknowledged that as a celebrity many parts of her life are out in the open for the public to digest, however, she gets to choose how she reacts to them, which comments she lets in and the ones she discards.
“I don't have any pressure. I buy my own food. I came here in my own car. It's my own car, I bought it myself. I fuel it myself. I live in my own house. I live in a house I built with my husband, we are fine. So if you live in a rented house and you talk about me, I won't be worried about your pressure," she told the host Andy Dosty.
Nana Ama McBrown added that she lives a comfortable life and will not let social media opinions break her down.
“There is no problem,” the actress said.
The actress also assured her fans that she has not stopped acting.
Explaining why she is not seen in a lot of movies recently, Nana Ama McBrown said that she finds herself doing a lot of things in the media space, hence the reason she is not actively featuring in movies as she did some years ago.
