Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies are champions of Africa again after cruising to a 3-0 victory against Sporting Club Casablanca in the final of the CAF Women's Champions League.
A brace from Refilwe Tholakele and a strike from Boitumelo Rabale was enough as the South African giants reclaimed the title.
Having lost the final last year to AS FAR, Sundowns came into the tournament with the objective of winning the competition for a second time. They were the inaugural winners after defeating Ghana's Hasaacas Ladies.
Sundowns got off to a bright start after Tholakele converted from the spot in the 21st minute of the game following a dominant display.
Three minutes later, the South African giants doubled their lead through Rabale to give Sundowns a healthy advantage before the break.
Thoakele sealed victory with her second deep into the second half.
The Brazilians of South African football have been to the final in all three outings, exerting their dominance in women's football.
Meanwhile, AS FAR defeated Ampem Darkoa Ladies of Ghana to clinch third place in Ivory Coast.
