The Founder and CEO of Stratcomm Africa, has received an esteemed individual honour at the prestigious Distinguish Fellowship Awards and LILA 2023 as a distinguished fellow.
The award ceremony, orchestrated by Mr and Mrs Titi Offei, founders of the Accra Business School, aimed to spotlight and celebrate women who have soared above challenges across various spheres of life.
Ms. Cobbah's recognition stems from her outstanding impact within the communication industry, paving the way for contemporary communication and PR professionals.
Her unwavering dedication led to the establishment of Stratcomm Africa three decades ago. Additionally, she and Stratcomm Africa are currently spearheading Climate Change Communication, highlighting a critical field in dire need of attention.
In her conversation with the media, Madam Cobbah expressed her gratitude to her fellow women awardees while urging the current generation to uphold the ethical standards of the industry.
"I'm over the moon seeing all these remarkable women gathered in one place to be honoured. We congratulate ourselves, and to the younger generation, we urge you to continue our legacy.
"Remember, our only competition should be with ourselves. Once we embrace this mindset, achieving the impossible becomes possible."
Among the celebrated women were Gift Anty, Dr Dwamena, Shirley Kum, and many other distinguished personalities.
The event was graced by the esteemed presence of former Minister of Northern Ireland, Baroness Arlene Foster.
Madam Cobbah's recognition reflects her significant contributions and unwavering commitment to the communication landscape, setting a formidable example for present and future generations.
