The former Ningo-Prampram MP and Council of State member, Enoch Teye Mensah has been laid to rest.
The state burial service took place at the forecourt of the State House on Friday, January 5.
Present at the ceremony were President Akufo-Addo; former President, John Mahama; the leader of the Movement for Change, Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen, and various other state officials and MPs.
Enoch Teye Mensah, 77, affectionately known as E.T. Mensah, passed away in South Africa in October 2023 after a prolonged period of battling ill health.
The body of the late former MP was repatriated from South Africa to Ghana on October 10, 2023.
