Bayer Leverkusen won their first ever Bundesliga title in the club's 120-year history following a thumping 5-0 win over Werder Bremen.
The win took Xabi Alonso's men 16 points ahead of second placed Bayern Munich, with only 15 points remaining.
Leverkusen have done so without losing a game, winning 25 of their 29 Bundesliga games, with 4 of them ending in draws.
After the final whistle on Sunday, fans spilled onto the pitch at the Bay Arena to celebrate with the players, before the players then took the celebrations into the dressing room, with music and dance breaking out sporadically.
At one moment, a popular hi-life song, 'Kolom', by Ghanaian hi-life group, Buk Bak, was heard blasting through the speakers, with Jeremie Frimpong, who has Ghanaian parents, and Nigerian Nathan Tella, seen grooving to the tune.
