The Head of Enterprise Singapore, Jean Ng, and her team, on July 15, visited Golden Coast Developers as part of her tour of Africa's innovative and sustainable real estate developments.
During the meeting, Jean and her team engaged the CEO of Golden Coast Developers Neil Oku on various Ghanaian real estate topics, such as property demand, financing, investment opportunities and challenges.

Both parties also discussed the progress of Golden Coast Developers' flagship development, Heritage 100 and explored its innovative, smart, and culture-rich facilities and amenities.
Nevertheless, the head of enterprise’s key interest was with Heritage 100’s green, eco-friendly, and sustainable living, which aligns with her mission for a greener future for Singapore, Ghana and the planet.

A few of Heritage 100's sustainable and eco-friendly features include private plant gardens that are fully irrigated and provide shade and cleaner air, water-saving devices, energy-saving devices, natural Insulation tiles and less embodied carbon materials, reducing the development’s carbon footprint.

She was excited with Heritage 100’s lead on sustainable living in Africa and compared Heritage 100 to many similarly ambitious developments in Singapore.
She is hopeful that on her next visit, many developers will follow suit and put up greener and more sustainable homes for a better present and future.
