As a humanitarian, Edward Kuuberme Naapong, has over the years dedicated his life to making a profound impact in his community.
In view of that he has been listed as one of the top three finalists for the Health Worker of the Year Award at the Humanitarian Awards Global 2024.
With a passion for enhancing healthcare outcomes, Mr Naapong has worked earnestly to provide vital services to those in need.
His unwavering commitment to creating positive change has not gone unnoticed, and he is now a contender for this esteemed award.
Despite facing challenges while growing up, the finalist has made significant contributions to healthcare, including empowering young mothers with digital skills training, facilitating webinars on nutrition and health, leading charity projects to support vulnerable clients.
He also founded the Nutrition for Life Foundation to combat malnutrition, food security, and improve education.
His other works are contributing to the research of Ghana's Micronutrient Surveys and Policy in 2017 and ensuring quality assurance of public health data.
With a strong educational background in community development, the humanitarian is driven to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable people.
