Hasaacas Ladies are set to be without Abdulai Mukarama for their CAF Women's Champions League Qualifiers, Joy Sports can confirm.
The club's top scorer for the 2023/24 Malta Guinness Women's Premier League season was expected to lead the line for Hasmal as they chase a return to the continental competition.
However, Mukarama will be unavailable for the qualifying campaign due to an injury.
Despite her injury situation, the 2023 African Gold medalist has been in the team's camp as she continues to offer support to them ahead of the tournament.
The striker had a blistering return to the local scene after signing for Hasaacas Ladies ahead of the 2023/24 season.
She netted 11 goals as Hasaacas were crowned champions of the women's top flight for the first time since 2021, also their fifth league title.
The Sekondi-based side is expected to leave for Abidjan this week for the WAFU B qualifiers where they are drawn in Group B with Nigeria's Edo Queens, AS Garde National of Niger and Burkina Faso's Omnisports Etincelle.
