Guinness Ghana Breweries (GGBL) PLC has announced a dividend of GH¢0.022 per share for shareholders for the financial year ending June 30, 2024.
This is subject to approval at the firm’s Annual General Meeting.
All shareholders registered in the books of GGB PLC at the close of business on Monday, October 28, 2024, will qualify for the final dividend.
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Thursday, October 24, 2024.
Consequently an investor purchasing GGB PLC shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend.
However, an investor buying GGB PLC shares on or after Thursday, October 24, 2024, will not be entitled to the final dividend.
The final dividend if approved will be paid on Monday, December 30, 2024.
