The CEO of the Asian African Consortium (AAC), Adelaide Siaw Agyepong, has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Advanced Studies in Entrepreneurship by Azteca University and Cardinal Training Academy.
The accolade was conferred during a vibrant ceremony at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, recognising Mrs. Siaw Agyepong’s exceptional contributions to entrepreneurship and socio-economic development.

In addition to the honorary doctorate, she was presented with a Certificate in Strategic Leadership from the Swiss School of Business Research and a Certificate in Effective Communication Skills from Cardinal Training Academy.
Expressing her gratitude, Mrs Siaw Agyepong dedicated the award to entrepreneurs and leaders striving for positive change.

“This achievement calls on all entrepreneurs and leaders to rise above challenges, innovate boldly, and make meaningful contributions to our communities and beyond,” she remarked.
She further extended her thanks to Azteca University, Cardinal Training Academy, and Dr. Mavis Bermudez, saying, “I am deeply humbled and inspired to continue pushing boundaries, empowering others, and driving socio-economic transformation.”

Encouraging purpose-driven leadership, she emphasized the importance of leaving a legacy of positive change through innovation and community impact.
As CEO of AAC, Mrs. Siaw Agyepong leads efforts to revolutionize Ghana’s agricultural sector. The organization is spearheading a large-scale commercial rice project that promotes economic growth, sustainability, and women’s empowerment.

AAC collaborates with local farmers and partners from leading rice-producing nations such as the USA, Thailand, China, Vietnam, Japan, India, and the Philippines.
By fostering these partnerships, AAC is transforming Ghana’s ecosystem for rice, maize, and soya production, driving significant socio-economic progress.
