The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) is holding its final rally today, Thursday, December 5, ahead of Saturday’s general elections, drawing a massive crowd to Zurak Park in Madina, Greater Accra Region.
The event marks the party's last opportunity to appeal to Ghanaians for their mandate to return to power on December 7.

The rally is being led by the NDC’s election 2024 flagbearer and former President, John Mahama. National Executives, regional leaders, and other prominent figures within the party are also expected to address the crowd.
In anticipation of the rally, traders at the venue have taken advantage of the large turnout, selling party paraphernalia to enthusiastic supporters.

The energy at Zurak Park reflects the NDC’s robust campaign efforts as party loyalists from across the country gather to show their support for Mr Mahama’s bid to reclaim the presidency.
With just days to the elections, the NDC is leaving no stone unturned, urging Ghanaians to cast their votes in favour of the party to achieve what it describes as resetting Ghana.
Myjoyonline’s photojournalist, Sammy Moore, captured the vibrant atmosphere at the rally grounds.
