There was confusion at Mampong in Ashanti after National Democratic Congress polling agents at the Mampong Infantry Jnr Primary School (St. Monica's) complained of broken seals securing voting materials.
The seals which are supposed to be intact and to be opened in the presence of representatives of the political parties and candidates, were found to be opened already, leaving the NDC agents to protest the development.
A total of 617 voters are expected to vote at the station.
It took the intervention of an Election Office to normalise the situation which threatened to delay voting.
