An inaugural high-level session for Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and decision-makers focused on corporate business and development in Ghana was recently held in Accra.
The event aimed to address key issues surrounding corporate affairs and development, providing an important platform for industry leaders to exchange ideas and strategies, focusing on enhancing business practices and fostering growth in Ghanaian society.
The programme, titled "The Boardroom Meeting," was organised by the Corporate Ghana Hall of Fame, a division of The Business Executive, which brings together Ghanaian businesses to strengthen the local economy.
The session was facilitated by Baroness Paulette Kporo, Group CEO and Executive Director of The Business Executive Media Group, with labour consultant Austin Akufo Gamey chairing the event.
Among the corporate leaders in attendance was Mr John Aggrey, CEO of HIRED Consult, a prominent player in both local and international community development. Mr. Aggrey shared his insights on the significance of such sessions, stating, "In a fast-paced world, corporate leaders often miss the opportunity to pause, reflect, and reassess their decisions. Gatherings like these remind us that learning is a continuous process."

He highlighted that these meetings enable decision-makers to review, compare notes, and stay updated on the evolving landscape of leadership and strategic management in the business environment.
Mr. Aggrey also expressed his appreciation to the organisers and encouraged more CEOs and corporate leaders to take advantage of these platforms to expand their networks and grow their businesses.
He pledged HIRED Consult’s readiness to play a key role in driving successful business ventures in the country. HIRED Consult has earned several awards, including the 40 Under 40 Best Consultancy Company in Ghana in 2021 and the Best Service Company in 2022.
Mr Aggrey is the Founder and CEO of the Ghana-Russia Center for Commerce and Relations, an NGO dedicated to international relations, diplomacy, business development, and capacity building.
