ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER

• Do you understand current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and possess the ability to coordinate maintenance efforts between management and operational teams?
• Do you have the following: excellent communication, observational and analytical skills, along with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and maintenance requirements?
• Can you help maintain operational efficiency by ensuring our plant, machinery, and backup systems are optimized to support sustainable growth?

QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in General Management or a related discipline will be an advantage.
• 5-7 years of managerial experience in maintenance or engineering-related areas with a record of handling GMP requirements.

ASSISTANT QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

• Do you have the qualifications, experience, and competencies to deliver the optimum quality of a company’s products?
• Do you have the commitment, knowledge, and experience to deal with quality-related complaints and environmental sustainability management requirements where necessary?
• Do you possess excellent communication, observational, analytical, and management knowledge, skills, and abilities?

QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry production management, or a relevant field.

• 5-7 years of experience with exposure to international quality standards is the minimum requirement.

PRODUCTION & PACKAGING MANAGERS

• Do you have the qualifications, experience, and competencies required to coordinate people, processes, and equipment to achieve operational efficiency and compliance with standards?
• Can you lead people in project management, team leadership, or problem-solving areas, and effectively communicate your conclusions to previous employers?

QUALIFICATION
BSc in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or equivalent Sciences.

REGULATORY AFFAIRS OFFICER

• Do you understand current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and possess the ability to navigate and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the industry?
• Do you have the following: excellent communication, observational, and analytical skills, along with in-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and documentation processes?
• Can you help maintain our reputation by ensuring that our services and products meet all applicable regulatory standards and support sustainable growth?

QUALIFICATION
BSc in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or equivalent Sciences. An MSc in any of the above will be an advantage.

• 3-5 years’ experience is the minimum requirement.

PRODUCTION STAFF

Production/Packaging Supervisors

• Qualification: HND or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Responsibilities: Oversee production/packaging processes, ensure quality standards, and manage team performance.

Production/Packaging Officers

• Qualification: HND or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Responsibilities: Operate production and packaging machinery and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Machine Operators (Tablet/Capsule/Blister Machine Operator)

• Qualification: NVTI/Polytechnic/technical certification.
• Responsibilities: Operate equipment, ensure smooth production processes, and adhere to safety and operational standards.

MAINTENANCE STAFF

Mechanical Supervisor

• BSc or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

AC Supervisor

• Relevant qualifications in HND/NTVTI or related fields.
• At least 5 years’ experience in AC maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical AC systems.

Electrical Technician

• Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and procedures.

Mechanical Technician

• Relevant technical qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Proven experience in maintaining and repairing mechanical systems and equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform regular maintenance on mechanical machinery.

AC Technician

• Qualifications in HND/NTVI or related field.
• Hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining AC systems.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical components related to AC systems.

Boiler/Utility Operator/Air Compression/RO

• Relevant technical qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
• Experience operating and maintaining boilers, utility systems, air compressors, and reverse osmosis (RO) systems.
• Strong adherence to safety and operational standards for utility systems and equipment.
