The Deputy Chief of Staff in charge of Operations, Stan Dogbe, has cautioned the public to be vigilant about a fraudster operating within various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).
The individual is reportedly exploiting these institutions, falsely claiming to have the authority to secure contracts for the printing and framing of the President's portrait.
Mr. Dogbe urged the public to refrain from engaging with the suspect, as the matter has been reported to the security agencies for immediate action.

In a statement on his Facebook page, he said;
My attention has been drawn to a fraudster, by the name of Samuel Tetteh, roaming various ministries, departments and agencies, using my name to demand contracts for the printing and framing of the president’s portrait.
I have reported to the security agencies for his immediate arrest. Meanwhile, should he appear in your office, kindly alert me or the nearest police station immediately.
Thanks.
Stan Xoese Dogbe.
The Office of the President had earlier informed Ministries, Departments, Agencies, private businesses and companies, and the general public that the Government has not and will not contract any company or individual to produce framed pictures of the official portrait in bulk fo distribution.
