Musician and band leader of The Greatest Band, Serah Sarah, is impressed with Ghana’s music industry.
Speaking on EVIBES: Musical Band Series, the leader of The Greatest Band stated that there is a strong sense of authenticity in Ghanaian music.

According to her, music in Ghana has evolved significantly, contributing to the growth and success of the industry.
“There is so much authenticity here. The African music is rich. When I came to Ghana, I was excited. I can’t wait to go to other African countries to experience theirs. From where I come from, I feel the Ghana music industry is doing quite well because Ghanaians support each other. The music here is something else. I look at it as always a place for learning and always evolving. In some parts of Africa, music has not evolved like how it has here. The industry is going quite well, I won’t lie from the bottom of my heart. “
Evibes Musical Band Series is dedicated to celebrating and highlighting the incredible journeys of musical bands in Ghana, showcasing their triumphs, challenges, and the bonds that keep them together.
The idea is to delve into the stories of these talented groups, exploring their humble beginnings, their rise to fame, and the obstacles they've overcome along the way.
