The Acting Chief Executive Officer of the National Youth Authority (NYA), Arc. Osman Abdulai Ayariga Esq., along with his deputies, Alhaji Inusah Mahama and Mr. Jacob Adongo Atule, has engaged with staff members in their first official meeting.
The gathering aimed to foster mutual introductions and strengthen collaboration within the organisation.
During the meeting, the CEO and his deputies emphasised the importance of teamwork and open communication in achieving the NYA’s mandate.

They assured staff of their commitment to driving youth development initiatives and creating a more efficient and responsive Authority.
The engagement provided an opportunity for employees to express their views and expectations under the new leadership.

Arc. Osman Ayariga highlighted the critical role the NYA plays in empowering young people across the country and encouraged staff to work together towards a shared vision.
“Our success depends on our collective efforts and dedication to the youth of Ghana. Let us collaborate effectively to make a meaningful impact,” he stated.
The meeting marked the beginning of a new phase for the NYA, with a focus on inclusivity and strategic planning.
The leadership assured staff that such engagements would be a regular feature to ensure transparency and a shared commitment to national youth development goals.
