Ghana, Nigeria, Jamaica, and Trinidad and Tobago will converge in London in May 2025 to compete for the Unity Cup, billed as "The Best in the West – the Afro Classico Contest."
The competition will feature two semi-final clashes, with the first taking place on Tuesday, May 27, where the Soca Warriors of Trinidad and Tobago will face the Reggae Boyz of Jamaica in the first-ever TriniJam clash on UK soil.
The second semi-final on Wednesday, May 28, will see West African rivals the Super Eagles of Nigeria take on the Black Stars of Ghana in a battle for regional supremacy.
The tournament will culminate in a double-header on Saturday, May 31, where the losing semi-finalists will play for third place, followed by the final to determine the 2025 Unity Cup champions.
Nigeria, the two-time Unity Cup winners, are expected to be favorites due to their superior FIFA ranking and recent form.
However, Ghana will be looking to replicate their previous success in London, where they secured a 4-1 victory over the Super Eagles.
