Adrenaline. Applause. And Brad Pitt in pole position.
Last night, the Ghana premiere of F1: The Movie brought the thunder to Silverbird Cinemas at Accra Mall… and the cinema roared to life. With every seat filled, the sold-out theater pulsed with excitement from both motorsport diehards and first-time F1 moviegoers, all united by one thing: pure cinematic adrenaline.
This wasn’t just a screening. It was an experience.
From the opening sequence to the climactic race finale, F1: The Movie proved to be a full-throttle ride. Brad Pitt’s effortless charisma on screen, paired with Joseph Kosinski’s kinetic direction, brought high-octane storytelling to the big screen with vintage cool and modern flair.
For two hours, the crowd was locked in. No phones. No chatter. Just engines, drama, and a heartbeat of bass-pounding music that had fans grinning from ear to ear.
One guest summed it up best: “I’m not even an F1 fan… but this movie was wild. The action didn’t just fill the screen — it filled your chest.”
Whether it was the immersive sound, the dynamic racing shots, or the soundtrack (already a playlist favorite for some attendees), the energy inside Silverbird was electric.
For many, it wasn’t just about Brad Pitt or racing. It was about the feeling of escape, of passion, of velocity… shared together in a dark theater lit only by headlights and heat.
A special thank you goes to all those who helped make this unforgettable night possible:
Silverbird Cinemas Accra Mall, PitStop Labone, Sporty FM, Achieve by Petra, and the entire Motorsport Ghana and F1 fan community who came out in full force.
The checkered flag may have waved on the movie, but the buzz? It’s only just beginning.
F1: The Movie is now showing at Silverbird Cinemas. Don’t walk… race for your ticket.
