A man has been captured on CCTV physically assaulting a pharmacist and a female customer at a pharmacy.
The widely circulated video shows the tall, dark-complexioned man engaged in an angry exchange with the pharmacist before slapping both the pharmacist and a female customer inside the shop.
In the footage, the female customer attempts to record the incident on her phone after being struck, prompting the man to turn on her again and deliver several blows to her head.
After attacking the woman, he then moved towards the pharmacist and repeatedly struck him in the face.
The incident is reported to have occurred on Wednesday at about 16:30 at a pharmacy near Burma Camp in Accra.
Accra-based GHOne TV, which has the original footage, reported that the man is alleged to be a military officer.
At the time of this report, the police had yet to take action on the assault.
