LRMG, Vigid Consult and Skillsoft have ended a day’s gathering of over 50 Human Resource partners and key stakeholders in Ghana to digest insightful dialogues, best industry practices and meaningful connections.

Organised on the theme “Beyond Adoption: AI-Driven HR and L&D for Workforce Capability Building”, the breakfast meeting discussed how forward-thinking organisations are evolving and building adaptive, AI-driven learning cultures that drive performance, capability, and business agility.

The session ended with a panel discussion on first-hand stories of overcoming barriers and embedding AI into everyday HR and learning workflows.

The discussion got insightful contributions from Nana Adu Kyeremanteng, Access Bank; Naa Adokalley Akuorkor Amofa, FirstBank Ghana; Dr Issah Yakubu Alhassan, Ghana National Gas; Anita Arthur, CFAO Mobility Ghana and was moderated by Louise Agyeman-Barning, SIC Life Insurance.
