Organised on the theme “Beyond Adoption: AI-Driven HR and L&D for Workforce Capability Building”, the breakfast meeting discussed how forward-thinking organisations are evolving and building adaptive, AI-driven learning cultures that drive performance, capability, and business agility.

The Managing Director and Senior Partner for LRMG Africa, Francis Karingi Nduta said: “As an organisation with a success record of over 28 years and as the premier provider of the world’s best digital platforms, systems and content for human capital development, LRMG is today the number one provider of smart, human-centric capability development solutions to most of the African blue-chip companies in the financial services, telecoms, manufacturing, mining, educational and professional services sectors in Africa”.
