The Rajasthan Pravasi Sangh Ghana has organised its maiden membership gathering to discuss strategies for promoting cultural unity and social bonding among its members.
This is part of efforts to promote goodwill and friendship with the Ghanaian community.
The event, which marks a significant milestone in uniting the Rajasthani community in Ghana, brought together members of the Indian diaspora to celebrate their shared heritage, culture and community spirit.
It featured cultural exchanges, interactive discussions and networking sessions that highlighted the essence of Rajasthani values and traditions.
The Rajasthan Pravasi Sangh Ghana is an association founded by Dalveer Singh Kothari, Amit Agarwal, Rishikesh Mahatma, and Amit Kakhani to bring together Rajasthani families and individuals living in Ghana.

The association focuses on cultural preservation, community welfare and the strengthening of Indo-Ghanaian relations through a range of social, cultural and generous initiatives.
Speaking at the event, Priti Kakhani, President of the Rajasthan Pravasi Sangh Ghana, said the gathering marked the start of a meaningful journey to connect people, celebrate their culture and make a positive impact in Ghana.
She added that the event was not only a celebration but also a reminder of the association’s core values of respect, unity and service.
“We look forward to creating platforms that not only preserve our traditions but also strengthen the bonds of friendship between the people of India and Ghana,” she added.
Other executive members of the association include Mrs Ritu Kothari, Mrs Preeti Mahatma, Mrs Kavita Agarwal, Mrs Meenaxi Mahajan, Mrs Sonu Shah, Mrs Anushree Jain, Mrs Amita Sangai, Mrs Chetana, Mr Pankaj Maheshwari, and Mr Ashish Sain.
The Rajasthan Pravasi Sangh Ghana seeks to bring Rajasthanis and other Indian communities in Ghana together to promote unity, friendship, and mutual support.
The association also aims to strengthen understanding and goodwill between Indians and Ghanaians through cultural and social activities.
