Ghanaian food content creator and culinary enthusiast Chef Abbys has once again earned two prestigious nominations at the TikTok Awards 2025.
She has been nominated for Creator of the Year and Food Creator of the Year, a testament to her hard work during the period.
This recognition adds to the milestones she has achieved this year, as she became the only Ghanaian creator to be featured on TIME Magazine’s “100 Most Influential Creators” list.
She also represented Ghana at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in France, where she showcased African food artistry on an international stage.
In excitement, Chef Abbys posted on her page, expressing how honoured she is by such recognition.
“This will crown my whole year,” she typed.

Extending her influence beyond the digital space, Chef Abbys continues to make a profound humanitarian impact by leading the Big Street Feast initiative, which fed over 20,000 people across Accra’s major streets on World Food Day in October.
This achievement makes her the first Ghanaian food content creator to organise such an event in honour of the day, positioning Ghana as the only African country to join other nations in celebrating the occasion.

Her dual nominations reaffirm her position as one of Ghana’s most influential creative voices, a culinary storyteller who continues to bridge culture, community, and digital innovation through food.
With over 1.4 million followers on TikTok and a growing audience across other social media platforms, Chef Abbys continues to captivate global audiences with her vibrant culinary content that highlights the rich flavours and traditions of Ghanaian and African cuisines.
Her work seamlessly blends food, culture, and storytelling, resonating deeply with audiences in Ghana and beyond, and cementing her status as a standout figure in the digital culinary space.
