Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola has hailed Black Stars forward Antoine Semenyo as being “in a good moment” and a “threat” after the thrilling match against Manchester United at Old Trafford.

Semenyo, who had not scored in eight matches, broke his duck with a well-taken goal to restore parity for the Cherries after Amad Diallo put Manchester United ahead.

The forward has now scored three consecutive goals against the Red Devils.

The strike was Semenyo’s seventh goal in the Premier League this term.

“Antoine is playing well,” Iraola said in a post-match interview.

“I think he's been a threat, good aerially, winning duels, I think he's in a good moment.

“He hasn't scored in the last couple of games but it's about team performance.”

The clash ended 4–4 as Evanilson and Marcus Tavernier’s free-kick gave Bournemouth the lead after Casemiro sent the hosts back in front.

Bruno Fernandes levelled with a free-kick, and Matheus Cunha restored United’s lead before Eli Junior Kroupi struck late to salvage a point for the visitors.
