Emerging gospel minister Kwaku Adomako has officially stepped into Ghana’s gospel music spotlight with the release of his debut album, The Beginning, a 10-track project that signals a new phase in his ministry and artistic journey.
Now available on all major digital platforms, the album is described by Adomako as a personal testimony shaped by faith, prayer and divine inspiration. He says the project is designed to draw listeners closer to God through sincere worship and sound gospel music.
“This album represents a new chapter for me. It is dedicated to drawing hearts closer to God through authentic gospel sounds. Every song carries a message of hope, love, and God’s unending grace,” Adomako explained.
The album features a carefully selected group of gospel ministers, including Racheal Osei Boampong, Sharon Obeng Animwah, Ransford Larbie and Kobi Newton, each adding depth and character to the project.
The Beginning opens with its title track featuring Racheal Osei Boampong, setting a reverent tone that blends traditional Ghanaian gospel expressions with modern production. The track ushers listeners into a worship journey that unfolds across the album.
Among the songs already gaining strong attention are Holy Spirit, Foforo, Yesu and Praise Your Name, which stand out for their spiritual intensity, relatable lyrics and strong vocal delivery. Holy Spirit, featuring Sharon Obeng Animwah, has been particularly praised for its heartfelt and prayerful atmosphere.
The project closes with Local Worship Medley, a nostalgic tribute to classic Ghanaian worship songs. The medley highlights Adomako’s respect for the foundations of local gospel music and reinforces the album’s strong spiritual identity.

Since its release, The Beginning has received encouraging feedback from gospel music lovers, many of whom have praised its worshipful tone and depth.
Kwaku Adomako’s debut arrives at a time when Ghanaian gospel music is enjoying renewed energy, driven by younger voices who balance innovation with spiritual authenticity.
Adomako says the album is the result of years of preparation and personal growth. “This is only the beginning of what God wants to do through this ministry. We believe these songs will minister to people in different situations and lead them into a deeper relationship with God,” he said.

The Beginning is available on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Audiomack and Boomplay. The artiste has also announced plans for live ministrations, album listening sessions and appearances at churches and gospel events across the country.
