Army Ladies finished the first round of the 2025/26 Women’s Premier League at the top of the Southern Sone following their win over Soccer Intellectuals.
The Security Service side recorded a 2-1 victory over Intellectuals to move above Jonina Ladies after game week 9.
Jonina were bled to a goalless draw by newcomers Oak Ladies at the Pobiman Sports Complex over the weekend.
Hasaacas Ladies kept their title hopes alive with a late win over Samartex Ladies in Takoradi with defender Abiba Issah scoring the decider.
The win leaves them in third position behind Army and Jonina.
Police Ladies were held to a 1-1 draw by LadyStrikers as they failed to win a third consecutive game.
The game between Halifax Queens and Epiphany Warriors is scheduled for Monday at the Teshie Mats Park.
