Former Education Minister and New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer hopeful, Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum, has shared his vision for building a Ghana driven by a growth mindset, drawing on experiences gathered from developed nations, including the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Speaking on JoyNews’ Newsfile, Dr Adutwum emphasised the need for a culture of innovation, education, learning, and entrepreneurship to drive sustainable national development.
According to him, fostering this approach in Ghana requires strategic investments in education, skills development, and policies that encourage creativity and productivity.
He said that by learning from international best practices and tailoring them to local realities, the country can secure long-term economic stability and prosperity.
