The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) has issued guidance to applicants participating in the ongoing 2025/2026 recruitment and enlistment exercise who are facing challenges accessing the online application portal.
In a statement, GNFS explained that the Centralised Services E-Recruitment Portal (CSERP), accessible at https://cserpgh.com, remains the official and primary channel for communicating with applicants.
The Service cautioned that SMS notifications may be delayed or may not be delivered due to factors beyond the control of the system, and therefore advised applicants to regularly check their portals for updates.
Applicants experiencing login difficulties, particularly issues related to forgotten or incorrect passwords, have been encouraged to use the password reset option available on the portal to regain access.
GNFS further advised applicants who continue to face challenges after resetting their passwords to contact the agency-specific support lines provided on the CSERP platform for assistance.
The Service also reminded applicants to log in using the serial number and PIN on the recruitment voucher purchased, stressing that these details remain essential for accessing personal application information.
Meanwhile, GNFS announced that results from the documentation and body selection exercises will be published on applicants’ portals between Thursday, February 5, and Monday, February 9, 2026.
Applicants who successfully pass these stages will receive portal updates and SMS notifications to proceed to the next phase of the recruitment process, which is the aptitude test. Details regarding test dates, categories of candidates and assessment modalities will be communicated in due course.
GNFS has urged all applicants to remain proactive by frequently checking their portals to avoid missing important updates related to the recruitment exercise.
