Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) has extended heartfelt appreciation to its staff and stakeholders following its recognition as one of the top-performing institutions in the Public Financial Management (PFM) Compliance League Table released by the Ministry of Finance on March 19, 2026.
In a statement shared on its official Facebook page, TOR highlighted the collective effort of employees and partners in achieving this milestone.
The refinery noted that the recognition reflects the dedication of its workforce and the support of stakeholders in promoting accountability, transparency, and good financial management practices.

The PFM Compliance League Table, introduced by the Ministry of Finance, assesses public institutions on their adherence to fiscal rules and the Public Financial Management Act, 2016 (Act 921), aiming to enhance transparency and accountability in the use of public funds.
TOR’s acknowledgment in the ranking highlights its strong performance within the Ministry of Finance’s portfolio of institutions.
