The Black Princesses have arrived in Senegal for the second leg of the first of FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup qualifiers.
Training begins later on Thursday.
The Princesses had a 6-0 victory over Senegal in their previous match.
The Black Princesses could face either Equatorial Guinea or Mali in the second round of qualifiers if they seal their victory over their Senegalese counterparts.
Two teams will represent Africa at next year's World Cup which will be staged in Papua New Guinea. Oduro Nyarko, a member of the team's management committee expressed positive sentiment ahead of the game.
"We would give everybody equal chance to play so we know each girls strength and weakness. We were very confident that we will create more scoring opportunities but we were also very careful not to be taking on the break."
Captain Fatima Alhassan also told Asempa FM: "We are well prepared and hopeful that we would win this game".
Assistant coach, Edna Yekeh, also pledged not to leave any stone unturned in their ambition to get the the global showpiece.
