Kotoko's Operations Manager has described the team's management as a 'skeleton management'.
The Porcupine Warriors have endured a difficult season as they were eliminated by Algerian side MC Eulma in the Caf Champions League, beaten by Hearts in the President's Cup and now lie 11th in the league.
"Our pre-season was poor and is very technical and I will not allocate any blame to anyone but one problem is the state of the management, which I will describe as a 'skeleton management'.
And I think more hands on board will beef up some areas," George Kennedy told Asempa FM.
Kennedy further confirmed the appointment of Alhaji Ali Maradona, who was an interim spokesperson, as the new deputy Operations Manager. This followed a crisis meeting held on Monday.
Kotoko play AshGold on Sunday at the Baba Yara Stadium.
