Brazil captain Neymar cut a frustrated figure on Saturday after being made to watch his teammates from the bench for most of their friendly win over Costa Rica.
National team manager Dunga opted not to start Neymar in what would have been his first match since the red card he received at the Copa America.
The Barcelona forward was only introduced into the game eight minutes from the end, which left the player somewhat disappointed and a little annoyed.
"Being benched is not something I'm used to and I'm not willing to get used to it," he told ESPN Brasil.
"I want to play and I'm always working to be among the starting XI."
Dunga fielded an experimental side in Saturday's 1-0 victory and said he was happy with the win, even though he felt his team could have played better.
"You can't have a perfect game. Lot of things we practised in training came out well and I know we can do them even better. I liked how this team performed," Dunga told reporters.
"We created a lot of chances. We would have liked to score more goals, but a lot of times in soccer, one is enough."
Neymar has made 63 appearances for his country, scoring 43 goals along the way.
