Silver Star Auto Limited, the market leader in premium luxury cars in Ghana, has expanded its range to include the Suzuki range of vehicles.
This add-on follows a successful conclusion of sales and service agreement between Silver Star Auto Limited and Suzuki Motor Corporation earlier this year.
Mr. Nouhad Kalmoni, Chief Executive Officer of Silver Star Auto, noted that the addition of the Suzuki brand to its current portfolio would enable the company widen its appeal to a much broader base of potential and existing auto users.
The Suzuki vehicle range comprises vehicle types ranging from SUV’s, Saloon cars, and Light Commercial Vehicles. The various models to be marketed in Ghana include the Grand Vitara, Vitara, SX4 S-Cross, Alto, Celerio, Swift Dzire, CIAZ, the Carry pick-up and the APV (mini bus and van) series.
Silver Star Auto has already taken delivery of some Suzuki vehicles and has started soft sales. Being part of the Kalmoni Group of Companies with over a hundred years presence in the Ghana auto market, and having nationwide service outlets, Silver Star Auto has a very strong heritage in the auto industry in the country and is well poised to meet its customers’ needs.
At a press briefing at the Showroom (Airport City, Accra), Mr. Kalmoni welcomed the visiting delegation from Suzuki Motor Corporation and their partners from Sumitomo Corporation and assured them of the company’s commitment to Suzuki’s growth and development in the Ghana auto market.
The General Manager, Passenger Car Sales - Mr. Francis Amegayibor was upbeat of the new Suzuki range of vehicles in meeting the expectations of the market as SUZUKI “develop products of superior value by focusing on the customer”.
