I am not exactly a fan of entertainment news maybe because i take life too "serious". I am a political animal and easily poked by issues of politics and international relations. But just by twist of fate, I started following certain youngsters who appear on screens and are branded as celebrities because of the interesting happenings around their social lives.

I almost made a 360 degree turn to my boringly serious political life when in November 2015, one of the young artiste decided to do the most despicable by exposing his manhood in public. Well, I refuse to buy the explanation that he was overwhelmed by the big stage and needed to do something extraordinarily incredible. I couldn't help but conclude that he allowed a strange supernatural force to accompany him on stage.

Belonging to the class of Ghanaians who are sanctimonious and would not even tap their feet to any tune considered “unspiritual”, I am amazed at myself for falling in love with these honey voice personalities – Bisa Kdei and Becca.

Undoubtedly, they are amongst the top echelon of young musicians who  are making giant strides in effectively using the power of music therapy to heal the human soul.

Kdei comes across as a fine gentleman who does not only excite us with his decision to do highlife, a genre that is robust and is failing to die in spite of pressure from other imported genres, but how he handles his personality. His lyrics and rhythmic style are superb, little wonder his tracks, “MANSA” and “BROTHER” are played in every home, car, night clubs, pubs and even on church compounds. His taste for fashion is okay (not wearing loud and funny colours and textile designs at times). Some of the said celebrities get carried away and they start tattooing themselves, wearing sunshine earrings, “see through dresses” and even renting suits and dresses, to even borrowing cars. Imagine! But as for Kdei’s haircut or style, I am tempted to believe it fits perfectly the topography of his head.

From her song “U LIED TO ME”, I became her fan because of the prospects I saw in her and her unique personality. She displayed such courage when she stormed out of the then music reality show, the mentor, when the organizers tried to toy with her convictions. She defied the odds and has made it on her own till date. Her lyrics and style makes her exceptional. Becca appears to me as a lioness, an advocate for women. Her fashion and appearance is good although there have been some excess in time past. But as human as she is, I do not expect her to get it right always. I also think her decency and convictions make her selective in the shows she features on. Good girl!

Kdei and Becca (both of whom I am convinced do not know I even exist) have not given me the express permission to invade their private or moral lives but I will do so since they forfeited that privilege the day they considered themselves celebrities. So what is it that the two are in love and are dating?

Well, I considered the rumours as a hoax until I came across an image of the two adults in an uncompromising romantic position. Hope you have seen that particular picture – Kdei was in a black jacket with an inner white shirt, white pants and red footwear and Becca was in a gold laced upper and black lower flowerlike dress? Where Kdei’s hand rested on Becca’s human lower body part, suggested these are not siblings or casual friends. Peace Fm online entertainment page of December 20 2015, rumoured of the two kissing in a car somewhere. Eiiiiii!

My point really is, these two music icons should consider regularizing their relationship since some of us believe they hold the key to making celebrity marriage attractive and work again.

I believe there are some people out there who wish your relationship hit the rocks – it could be from your families, friends, industry, and even onlookers. Please prove them wrong.

The ultimate destination of any serious relationship between an adult man and woman is marriage. If not so, please revise your notes.

 Prove to the world that you hail from families with long held moral values. Prove that your decent appearance in the sphere of stardom which has won you some admirers like myself is not for the cameras and pages but a lifestyle. Prove to the world that celebrities do not flirt and exploit themselves sexually. Prove to the world that the LOVE you two sing about and are evangelists of, really exist.

Kdei, treat Becca like the Queen she is, Becca treat him like the KING he is. Love relationship is a very complex web but you will untangle when you commit to loving yourself in the face of any challenges and above all put the Almighty God at the Center of it.

You are almost there. Finish hard! We are waiting for you to join the club of distinguished couples. Yes you can!
