Ghana’s star scorer Asamoah Gyan has brushed aside talk making the rounds that he wants to be the 2010 World Cup top scorer.Baby Jet, as he is affectionately called back home, says his ambition is to help propel his west African side to the continent’s first ever semi-final spot in the global football fiesta.“I’m only thinking about helping my team to win. The prize [Golden Boot] is not important, remember football is a collective game,” the Stade Rennes hitman told the press in South Africa.Gyan rated his goal against the USA at the global showpiece in South Africa as the best in his career.“The goal was one of the best of my career. I was pushed from behind and I should have fallen down [to claim a penalty] but I resisted and I made it happen,” he said.Credit: g.sports.yahoo.com
