GCB Bank Limited has added three more branches to its network for the benefit of the banking public.
The new branches of the Bank are located in Haatso, Amasaman and Adjiringanor in the Ga East, Ga West and the Adentan Municipalities of the Greater Accra Region.
The new model branches form part of the Bank’s rebranding programme aimed at injecting modernity into GCB branch ambiance and improve service delivery for the comfort of customers and the public.
The Haatso branch was opened in January while the Adjiringanor branch will open to the public on May 18, 2016.
Speaking at the opening of the Amasamanbranch on Wednesday, the acting Managing Director of GCB Bank, Mr. Samuel Sarpong said the remodelling of the branches would be rolled out over the next four years while the Bank expands to commercially-vibrant communities to help accelerate economic activity.

The ceremony was attended by the Chief of Amasaman, Nii AmasaOseku and the Municipal Chief Executive of Ga West Municipal AssemblyMr. Sam Attuquaye Quaye.
Mr. Sarpong hinted that another branch of the Bank would be commissioned at Weija in Accra soon.
He said the Bank has launched some special products namely, GCB SME Loans and GCB Lite-pay and that the Bank is out to support small and medium enterprises to expand their business.
He explained that the GCB Lite-Pay, a mobile point of sale device, allows merchants to accept card payments and commercial drivers can also use it.
The Acting MD advised salaried workers across the country to take advantage of the GCB 24-Hour Personal Loan and electronic banking products.
He said GCB has invested heavily in information communication technology (ICT) to drive its business across its 160-strong branch network.
