The University of Development Studies branch of the National Democratic Congress’ Tertiary Educational Institutions Network has condemned what they describe as unwarranted agitations of foot soldiers of the ruling party.According to TEIN president of UDS, Issah Imoro Pius, the agitations of the foot soldiers cast a slur on the image of the government and the NDC.He said this at an induction ceremony of some five hundred fresh students of the university.Joy FM’s Upper East correspondent, Joseph Osei who was present at the induction ceremony reports the students charged the leadership of the NDC to bring an end to the foot-soldier agitations.He said the NDC must strive to retain power in the 2012 elections in order to continue the good works by the party.He pledged to work hard together with the executives to win more members for the NDC on campus.Source: Joy News/Myjoyonline.com/Ghana
