The chairman of premier league club Berekum Arsenal Alhaji Yakubu Moro has accused the national team coaches of taking bribe from clubs before inviting their players into the various levels of the national teams. According to him, the coaches in charge of the national teams take money and he cannot fathom why a team can get as many as eight players invited into the national team even when the players are not on form. Speaking on Asempa FM’s Sports Morning Show on Friday Alhaji Yakubu expressed disappointments at the coaches behaviour for not inviting Berekum Arsenal players who, in his view, are playing well. Alhaji Moro has therefore called on the Ghana Football Association to investigate the phenomenon.
