Head coach of the Local Black Stars and Aduana Stars, Herbert Addo has called on the National Security to investigate Alhaji Yakubu Moro’s bribery allegation to the effect that, local coaches at the various levels of the national teams take bribe before inviting players for camping.
Herbert Addo who has started preparations with the Local Black Stars towards the second edition of the CHAN tournament in Sudan says, he wants the National Security to take up the matter and invite Alhaji Moro to substantiate his allegation.
Alhaji Moro who is the chairman of Berekum Arsenal has accused Ghanaian coaches of taking bribes before selecting players for national assignments.
But in an interview on Asempa FM’sSports Morning Show Wednesday, Hebert Addo denied the allegation and stated he has never taken a bribe from any player.
The coach explained that he only looks out for good performances in players he invites to the team.
He further called on Yakubu Moro to choose his words carefully when making such public comments since his position as a club owner will have a lot of impact on whatever falsehood he peddles.
