A 36 year old driver, Amoh Blankson, has been granted a GHS3,000 bail and a surety for assault and destruction of property.
He pleaded not guilty and will re-appear before the court on November 26.
Prosecuting Police Inspector Wisdom Nuworkpor told the circuit court presided over by Mr. Samuel Obeng Diawuo that on October 27 this year at about 1530 hours, the accused, armed with a pistol, invaded the house of the complainant, Nana Yaw Asirifi Berdiako II, who is his relative, and destroyed four windows, two doors and a cocoa drying shed in his absence.
Inspector Nuworkpor said on November 11, 2010, at Achempim, the accused this time with a stone, assaulted Nana Berdiako and hit him on the lip with the stone leading to the lost of his tooth.
