Some members of the National Democratic Congress' Tertiary Education Institutions Network, TEIN, early Saturday stopped National Service boss Vincent Kuagbenu from addressing them.
The tertiary students reportedly hooted at Mr Kuagbenu because they claim he is arrogant.
This happened at the national conference of the network currently underway at the Winneba Sports College.
Mr Kuagbenu is said to have moved out of the auditorium shortly after the incident.
Meanwhile, Mr. Kuagbenu has decline comments on the matter. He tells Joy News, he prefers the youth organizer of the party speak to the issue.
